I'd say charge around £5 for the figure and make it a limited run of say one to two hundred, that way you only need to sell 50 to break even.

Due to storage constraints I've got rid of most of my 28mm figures and scenery and I'm now concentrating on 15mm instead. I ran a Dads Army participation game at a show a year and a half ago using the Pulp Alley rules but rather than figures getting killed they just dropped a die type then surrendered to the enemy after reaching the lowest die.

Welcome aboard sir. My forces were based in East Devon and followers of Prince Albert, funnily enough they had French support via Quebec (so that France could not be accused of interfering).
