I've been working on a Pulp Alley campaign for VBCW, here's the opening. I've a load of tables which go with the campaign but I can't get them to work on the forum. If you want a full copy of the campaign please pm me with an email address.

Borchester Chronicles; a Pulp Alley Campaign for Very British Civil War
(This game is heavily based on Vice Alley. I’ve just moved the game from the mean streets of King City to the green lanes of Borsetshire.)

The Campaign is set in the county of Borsetshire, around the county town of Borchester, the cathedral city of Felpersham and the village of Ambridge.
The Lord-Lieutenant
The Lord-Lieutenant was appointed by the King before the fighting really started and the county was calm until 1937. As the fighting increased so did the control imposed by the Lord-Lieutenant. He used both legal and illegal means to inforce his will and turn Borsetshire into His own private fiefdom. So far no word reached the ears of the King or PM Mosley of what is happening, but rumours abound. Both the king and Mosley more interested in other parts of the country. The Lord-Lieutenant has a long string of excuses as to why taxes and food deliveries are low, which have kept prying eyes out of the county. So far…

Each player leads a league intent on bring the county over to their side in the civil war. In the final game they must confront the Lord-Lieutenant and take over the county. They will make allies along the way and be forced to remove enemies.

Civil War Faction Backgrounds
Your league is working for one of the civil war factions, or are locals fighting to over throw the Lord-Lieutenant. Or you are secretly working for the Lord-Lieutenant.
The Anglican League; the Bishop of Felpersham has managed to get a message to the high command telling of problems in Borsetshire. You have been sent to see what the problems are and to see how you can help.
The Left-wing; food is in very short supply in Birmingham, you have heard of a surplus in Borsetshire and of a flourishing black-market. You have been sent to Borsetshire to see what is going on.
BUF; a lack of tax money and food supplies for Borsetshire has meant you have been sent to see what is going on.
Royalists; a lack of tax money and food supplies, along with some ugly rumours form Borsetshire has meant you have been sent to see what is going on.
The fifth faction; your league may be in the pay of a county (one of the barons?) bigwig, local farmer workers or a secret unit of the Borsetshire constabulary, what every the reason you’re a local and this is a locals war.
Playing The Enemy; if you have 5 or more players, then one can be working for the Lord-Lieutenant. Find a way to secretly decide which player is working for the Lord-Lieutenant. There are guidelines for the fifth faction at the end of the campaign.

The Campaign
To win the campaign a player needs to gain enough influence points to play and WIN the KINGS GAMBIT game. After each game League’s may gain influence points. When a League has 15 influence points than they can play the KINGS GAMBIT game. A League gets 1 influence point for each victory point it wins in a scenario.
Some games may only be played when a League has reached enough Influence points.

Here's a bit more.

People of Interest
The Barons
The four biggest families in Borsetshire are called ‘The Barons’. The four families are;
Squire Lawson-Hope, owner of Brookfield farm among other properties around the county.
Rupert Pargetter, a land owner and landlord.
George Fairbrother, a wealthy businessman, who was farming at a loss for tax purposes before the civil war started.
Rodney Cunningham-Smyth is known as a slum landlord as well as an industrialist. Rodney Cunningham Smyth is a member of the Saviours of Britain and has two sons serving with the BUF.

Other People in Borsetshire
Ma, Pa and Joe Grundy a family of small tenant farmers, now making money in any way they can. The black-market, smuggling are just two of the ways they are making money. The Grundy’s count as a 6 man gang in any game they are in.
The Right Reverend Richard Coles, Bishop of Felpersham. The Bishop is working behind the scenes to undermine the Lord-Lieutenant, but his efforts have so far failed to hurt the Lord-Lieutenant.
Phil Archer, a small tenant farmer trying to keep out of the civil war.
Arthur Carshill, a trade union leader.
Inspector George Cowley, ex-boxer, now carries a Tommy gun after 3 assassination attempts.
Lady Felicia Montague, Her husband is in hiding after falling out with the King. He is now being hunted by Lord Cirencester and his ‘Political Intelligence Unit’. Lady Montague is now very afraid for herself and her husband.
The Mitchell brothers are petty gangsters and bar hall owners from Borchester. The brothers are rivals of the Grundy’s. The Mitchell’s count as 2 gangs in any game they are in.
The Red Queen, a torch light singer and burlesque artist. The Red Queen has some other skills as well.

It looks like a good set-up for a game. I used the Pulp Alley rules for a sideshow event in my Colonial campaign and they worked fine. Looking forward to seeing how your game plays out.

The great thing with Pulp Alley is that the scenarios are set out to a formula so all my games are set out in same way.

Robin Hood (2-3players)
Background
You’ve heard that Lord-Lieutenant has been stock piling food to sell on the black market. You plan to liberate this food and give it to the people.
Plot Points
Inside a warehouse are 4 Lorries with food in them, these are the minor Plot Points. The major Plot Point is the doors to the warehouse which you need to open to get the Lorries out.
Plot Point Special Rules
The Lorries (minor Plot Points) cannot move off the table until the warehouse doors are opened, the doors are the Major Plot Point and are a Non-Drop Plot Point (see above).
Table Set up
The table represents the inside of the warehouse, with the 4 Lorries at the centre. Around them are lines of boxes and stacks of floor sacks.
Starting Initiative
Dice to see which League has the initiative.
Scenario Special Rules
It’s dark in the warehouse; characters cannot run or shoot over 12”.
There are 4 guards in the warehouse who will attack anyone who uses a combat skill. Use 1 of the bystander stats for all 4 of the guards.
Deploy Leagues
Leagues deploy within 6” of the corners of the warehouse/table.
Turn Limit
After 6 turns more guards will arrive and the leagues must flee.
Rewards and Aftermath
In addition to the normal rewards, some leagues may earn the following rewards.
-The winning league gains a new random location.
-As normal, each victory point is also worth 1 Influence and 1 Reputation point.
